Shipping

Orders placed on Jamrockcorals.com for corals will ship Monday - Thursday via Fedex Express Priority Overnight.  Shipping is only available to the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.  Pricing for shipping is flat rate and will be added to the total during checkout.  All corals are placed in commercially made insulated shipping containers with the appropriate cold/heat pack to ensure they safely reach the final destination.  

Horry County Residence can pick two different options during checkout, Fedex Express Overnight or In Store Pick Up.

All orders will ship within 24-48 hours after purchase, if a specific delivery date is needed please contact us toll free at (888) 452-6762 or email at info@jamrockcorals.com.  If no request is made for a specific delivery date your order will ship as soon as possible.  We currently do not offer Saturday Delivery.  

Orders placed before 1PM EST can ship the same day if available.

We reserve the right to deny any shipping date and reschedule shipping if we feel the package may have issues do to weather, emergencies, holidays or any other reason beyond our control.  

Shipping DOA Policy 

 

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive a DOA coral on arrival you must notify us within two hours of the package being delivered.

Email the following information to us at info@jamrockcorals.com

  • Full name as it appears on Shipping Label
  • Order Number
  • Name of the coral
  • A CLEAR picture of the coral still in the bag and one out of the bag

Once the information is reviewed we will refund you store credit the purchase price of the coral.

*Please Note- NO cash refunds are issued.  

We DO NOT refund shipping costs on a normal basis and this will be reviewed on a case by case scenario.   

Please allow 24 hours for credit to be issued.  

In the event your package is delayed, lost or damaged you must accept delivery.  If delivery is refused absolutely no refund or credit will be issued.  If the contents are DOA please follow the above information for filing a claim.  

Apparel Shipping 

All Jamrock Corals apparel purchases will be shipped via USPS FREE of charge and typically ship within 24 hours of purchase.  

Ordering 

All orders placed on Jamrockcorals.com are 100% secure, our site features full SSL encryption with can be viewed on the bottom of our website.  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and PayPal Credit.  If multiple orders are placed prior to shipping please select "Combine with Previous Order" and you will not be charged for additional shipping.  

*Please Note- Combined shipping on multiple orders can only be done prior to shipping label creation.  Once the label is created additional shipping will be required.  Orders can only be combined for the individual customer.  We will not combine orders for multiple parties.  

Our Guarantee 

All products offered on our website are 100% WYSIWYG NO EXCEPTIONS! We pride ourselves in offering high quality, healthy, healed, colorful corals that are accurately represented on our website.  If you feel that you received a product that was misrepresented please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct the issue.  Please be aware that some color shifting is normal during shipping as this is a stressful event for your corals and they may take several weeks to return to their full glory.  All corals are throughly inspected, quarantined, acclimated, fully healed and growing prior to sale.  ABSOLUTELY ZERO fresh cut frags, cut to orders, new arrivals, sick, unhealthy, bleaching, browned and pest ridden corals will be offered.  We make every attempt possible to minimize any pests being on our corals including, in-depth inspection, quarantine, dipping and manual removal if needed.  If a coral comes to us severely infested or damaged many times it is destroyed and never touches one of our systems.  While nothing is 100% fool proof we want you to feel confident that we have done our due diligence with each and every piece we have in our facility.  In other words we are obsessed with our corals and have very high standards of health for all of them.  All corals are held in our facility for several weeks to months before ever being fragged or sold.  Some corals can take years to reach full potential.  Occasionally corals are wild collected and held to ensure survivability in captivity by us prior to sale however most are aquacultured in our systems.  

Arrival

We take extreme steps to minimize any pests coming on your recently purchased corals.  However nothing is 100%, we strongly recommend placing all new pieces in quarantine for several weeks to observe them for any issues prior to being placed in the display.  While many dip corals immediately upon receiving them we discourage this practice as the corals are already stressed from shipping and dipping can cause even more stress or irreversible damage to the coral.  We do not offer any warranty beyond shipping DOA due to this as we are not responsible for what you do with your corals.  

 

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously.  We will not share, sell, offer or disclose any of our customer information with any party, service, solicitation, vendors or anyone who does not have a need to know.  A need to know is described as any member or entity that is essential in completing your transaction. These include our payment processing service, shipping service provider and essential employees responsible for fulfilling orders.  Your payment account numbers are not available to any member of Jamrock Corals LLC and is solely handled by our payment processing company.  Our entire site is fully SSL encrypted for your protection to provide you with a safe environment to place orders.
